The GOTR 5K is the culminating celebration of our season—a joyful, empowering day where girls showcase their hard work, growth, and confidence. It’s a community-wide event filled with energy, encouragement, and plenty of smiles as our runners cross the finish line. Whether you’re a girl on a team, a Running Buddy, or a community participant, this day is about celebrating every step of the journey! 🎉

Over 1,500 runners will join us on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Rockland Lake State Park. We encourage participants and families to arrive between 8:30-9:00 AM to allow time for parking, bib pick-up, and warm-ups. The run begins at 10:00 AM.

Registration

Running Buddies
Every GOTR girl is required to have a registered Running Buddy—a trusted adult (16+) who runs or walks alongside her on race day, cheering her on every step of the way. Running Buddies can be parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, teachers, family friends, or even a favorite babysitter. The most important thing is that your girl feels supported and celebrated!

Community Runners
Our 5K is open to everyone!  Family members, siblings, and friends are invited to run or walk with us. It’s a perfect way to celebrate and support the girls.

👉 All Running Buddies, parents, and friends must register to participate.
👉 GOTR girls and coaches are already registered through the program.
